Help for Employees

Omega Recovery works with employees seeking support for themselves, their families, or both. We collaborate with EAP representatives, Human Resources, and directly with employees. After an initial phone call, we can verify benefits and a master’s-level counselor will design a personalized outpatient program to meet your unique needs.

Our approach goes beyond surface-level counseling. We address the underlying issues with deep-dive, core-focused work. Through our community integration model, we help clients maintain sobriety and successfully navigate their daily lives.
