Partial Hospitalization Programs

Outpatient Services

Part of Omega Recovery’s full continuum of care includes PHP – Partial Hospitalization Program. This service provides a structured program of outpatient recovering addicts and dual-diagnosis patients using psychiatric services as an alternative to inpatient psychiatric care.Patients who are treated in the Partial Hospitalization program often suffer from depression, anxiety, grief-related issues, codependency and self-esteem. A psychiatrist-led team of diverse, masters level clinicians will evaluate each client and assist the client in creating a custom treatment plan.Omega Recovery’s PHP treatment will be provided during the day and won’t require an overnight stay.

  • Chemical dependency education
  • Education groups for daily living
  • Comprehensive discharge planning

  • Problem Solving
  • Reducing anxiety 
  • Depression
  • Spiritual care
  • Stress management
  • Communication
  • Relaxation skills
  • Emotional stabilization

Intensive Outpatient Programs

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs IOP are for recovering addicts and dual diagnosis individuals needing a structured therapy program that offers counseling and education in an individual and group setting. Our Psychiatrists and Master-Level Clinicians work with staff to provide support and a safe place to heal, learn problem-solving skills and practice stress-reduction techniques.

Participants in Omega Recovery’s IOP will learn to:

  • Recognize personal strengths and areas for growth
  • Develop healthy coping skills
  • Identify, challenge and modify unhealthy thoughts and beliefs
  • Change unhealthy behavior patterns
  • Problem solve and cope with emotional crises
  • Improve communication skills and interpersonal boundaries
  • Set immediate and long-term goals
  • Develop an effective aftercare plan
