Anxiety Treatment Center

Anxiety is a reaction to fear. When we are terrified, our bodies respond with heart palpitations, perspiration, trembling or shaking, shortness of breath, disorientation, and chest pain or discomfort. These symptoms often trigger a “fight or flight” response, prompting us to take action in order to be “safe.” Rather than staying and “fighting” what is frightening us, our natural impulse is to “flight.” As a result, we frequently find people whose lives have been severely limited as a result of their avoidance of the events that cause anxiety.

Omega Recovery also offers traditional evidence-based therapy to depression and anxiety.

Our clinical staff is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of advanced degreed individuals. Our staff is professionally licensed or certified. In addition, many of our support staff that specialize in other types of therapeutic modalities (i.e. acupuncture, Yoga, Neurofeedback, etc.) are trained and certified in their respective modalities.
